Harrix – Design and Digital

Design

Case Study

On a mission to create a community in which gamers, streamers, fans, and friends can play games, engage in friendly banter, and win prizes. Brag House seeks to empower people to interact.

The Brief

When we first teamed up with Brag House, their website was stuck in the past and it lacked the eye-catching visuals that would really connect with their audience. They asked us to give them a fresh new look and manage their social media for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) audiences. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work, creating them a new visual identity, multiple websites and guidelines for print and digital content.

Our
Solution

Design

Before diving into the design phase of the project, we kicked things off with a bit of research. Our goal was to get a sense of what similar companies were up to and, most importantly, to understand our target audience inside out. We delved into their interests, gaming preferences, checked out streamer profiles, and kept an eye on the latest trends.

Once we had a clear picture of our target users and some inspiring mood boards, we began crafting brand guidelines and whipping up mockups for posters and social media posts. These mockups showcased how characters, colours, fonts, and patterns would play a role in our marketing materials. This laid the foundation for Brag House's new brand identity, which would be applied consistently across all promotional materials, from the website to social platforms and internal resources.

Last but not least, we collaborated closely with the Brag House team to craft engaging social media posts and videos for special events and tournaments, some of them being with huge brands like McDonalds and Coca-Cola. They provided the text and post details, and we brought those ideas to life. Together, we breathed fresh energy into their social media accounts, keeping their audience hooked and excited.

Results

In the end, the project proved to be a resounding success, leaving our client overjoyed with the results. With the new B2B, Brag House made a significant leap forward, even venturing into an IPO. Users, on the other hand, found it easier than ever to grasp the essence of Brag House and seamlessly sign up for tournaments. It was a win-win for everyone involved, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
